Important caveats
- BER coverage is partial — the Energy Baseline notes say how many records are used and how they are expanded
- Energy poverty is a modelled cost/risk screen, not measured household prevalence
- Business energy is modelled from floor areas × benchmarks — planning scale, not bills
- Transport is a resident-travel model (trips, distances and modes) — editable in Settings; Census car counts are context
- AI briefings narrate numbers already computed; they never invent new statistics
PDF reports include an assumptions appendix listing the factors used so exports stay auditable.
