Important caveats
- BER coverage is partial — always check the scaler and Extrapolation note on Residential
- Fuel Poverty is a modelled cost/risk screen, not measured household prevalence
- Business energy is modelled from floor areas × benchmarks — planning scale, not bills
- Transport uses Census car ownership and mode assumptions — editable in Settings
- AI briefings narrate numbers already computed; they never invent new statistics
PDF reports include an assumptions appendix listing the factors used so exports stay auditable.
