How to build the 2030 plan

1. Set residential upgrade paths under Residential → Retrofit Planning (paths and yearly rollout).
2. Review Renewables for rooftop solar potential and installed context.
3. Review Transport for the EV transition wedge.
4. Use What-if Scenarios in a meeting to stress-test ambition against the 51% national trajectory.
5. Open 2030 Plan: set delivery factor, read the wedge chart (BAU top, coloured savings, grey remaining, red target line).
6. Capture measures in Opportunities (Register of Opportunities) and owners/dates in Action Plan.
7. Track delivery later under Progress & Benchmarking and analysis snapshots.

If the grey area at 2030 sits above the red target line, the current plan does not hit the SEC target — increase delivery realism, expand scope, or revise the target with your mentor.
