Portfolio (/portfolio) lists every community you can see: EMP stage (registered → scoping → plan in progress → submitted → implementing), headline KPIs from the latest analysis snapshot, and last activity. Filter by stage to run your caseload.
- Super admins see every community on the platform
- Mentors, client admins, and members only see communities for their organisation (client)
- County roll-ups summarise homes and energy from latest snapshots
- Open tool → loads the analysis workspace (select the community again if needed)
- Snapshots refresh when you analyse a saved community while signed in
- EMP stage is set in Admin → Communities (super admin) — it drives the stage board
Action plans and progress notes persist server-side for the community when you are signed in — mentors can review the same plan the committee is editing.
