Transport builds a car-fleet baseline from Census car ownership and population aged 15+, with trips/day × km/trip × energy-per-km by mode. The 2030 view re-apportions petrol/diesel share toward the EV target.
Transport energy is often comparable to housing — the EV wedge is material in the combined 2030 plan. Mode share assumptions are editable in Settings.
