Use this path the first time you open a community. You do not need every tab for a useful first meeting.
- Sign in and click your community (or select Small Areas and Analyse).
- Open Overview — traffic-light indicators and community profile for a one-slide story.
- Open Residential → Housing Profile for BER bands, dwelling types, and heating fuels.
- Open Residential → Energy Baseline and note the Excel-method totals (the EMP quote figure).
- Skim 2030 Plan for the wedge chart and delivery factor (default 60%).
- Open Documents to generate a PDF pack when you are ready to share.
Mentors with several communities can start on Portfolio (/portfolio) to see stage and latest KPIs, then open the tool for the community you are reviewing.
